I am applying a job through online. The job is in the Hotel of OMNIMONT-ROYAL HOTEL in Montreal Québec Canada. We have met all the requirements they ask to me like the agreements etc.

In the agreements it say here:

1. That I abide with hotel rules, regulations, and instructions as given or stated by the hotel management.

2. That I must to work exclusively of 6 years contract and after a period if willingly, I can be independent or self established.

3. I have my two months leave with allowances being allocated for me by the hotel management.

4. The hotel will shouldered and deducting 5% of my monthly salary so as to pay off hotel expanses incur on me such as accommodation, flight ticket, residential and working permit processing fees and visa fees, until the payment is balanced off.

5. That apart from onward hotel management provision such as my accommodation fees, ticket fare, residential and working permit processing fees and visa fee are being taking care by the hotel management, That I agreed to meet up with or attend to my other expenses that I may incur during my documents of my visa processing through Immigrations Bureau of Ottawa, Canada like APPROVAL LETTER FROM ASIA/AFRICA REPRESENTATIVE,IN ORDER TO HONOR MY CLEARACE COMING FROM THIS REPRESENTATIVE AND MY MEDICAL EXAMINATION.

Sir, In the above agreement I already met it up except for the last agreement that I never did. Accordingly the Immigration Bureau of Ottawa, Canada will ask me to forward the CLEARANCE LETTER FROM ASIAN /AFRICAN REPRESENTATIVE COORDINATOR. Then before I get my clearance I must to pay the fee $450 to the person DR. MAXWELL PHILLIP a personnel representative to SERREKUNDA THE GAMBIA. After I pay $450 he will give me the CLEARACNE as needed to Immigration Bureau. When my Visa permit and other legal documents accordingly they are going to send or deliver it address to PHILIPPINES CANADIAN EMBASSY .

Sir, I want to ask that APPROVAL LETTER FROM ASIA/AFRICA REPRESENTATIVE,IN ORDER TO HONOR MY CLEARACE COMING FROM THIS REPRESENTATIVE is legitimate? Is the Company is registered with our PHILIPPINE OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT ADMINISTRATION (POEA). Said agency was established to protect OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKERS (OFW) as well as applicants for foreign employment from scrupulous employers.
